Description

YONI STEAM ORGANIC HERBS. Chamomile, Calendula Flowers, Lavender, Rose Petals, Hibiscus and Orange Peel, Peppermint, Rosemary.

Directions	Bring 2 qt of water to a rolling boil add 1/2 pack of our Yoni Steam Herbs. Then turn off the heat and allow the herbs to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Pour the herbs into a heat-safe basin and allow to cool for 10 – 15 minutes. You are welcome to use a bowl, sitz bath seat, yoni steam seat or any other seat that allows you to be comfortable during the steam session. Relax over the steam for 10 – 15 minutes. Discard the herbs when complete.
Ingredients	Chamomile, Calendula Flowers, Lavender, Rose Petals, Hibiscus and Orange Peel, Peppermint, Rosemary.

First time trying a Yoni steam and I am pleasantly surprised. I had issued with bad cramps and a friend recommended I try a steam. I just had my cycle and cramping was minimal. Thank you I finally found a product that works!
